Yesterday, December 10, members of our team participated in a session of the Social Accountability in Health Capacity Building Program, dedicated to organizational communication. During the training, we discussed how to convey clear messages and how to promote our actions so that they reach the community and partners. The session is part of the program implemented by the Swiss Red Cross, AO “CASMED” and AO “HOMECARE”, which aims to strengthen the capacity of CSOs in promoting the right to health and in collaborating with medical institutions and authorities.
