Best practices exchange in Ungheni! AO “Inovații Sociale” from Ungheni hosted a visit by colleagues from AO “Civis Invest” from Orhei — a learning and collaboration meeting organized with the support of People in Need Moldova.
Goals of the activity:
• Strengthening organizational capacities;
• Developing sustainable partnerships between Ungheni and Orhei;
• Promoting social innovation and community participation;
• Identifying joint initiatives for future projects.
Participants visited AO “Inovații Sociale” projects and discovered collaboration models with local authorities and social institutions — inspiring examples that can be replicated in other regions as well.
