The NGO Civis Invest, in partnership with the Orhei Local and Regional Development Center, organized on May 4, 2023, at the Orhei Youth-Friendly Center, an Information – Training – Consultation Session on the development of the Local Action Plan for Gender Equality of Orhei Municipality, within the project “Feminine Force, Local and Regional Unity.” The main goal of the event was to promote and implement the principle of gender equality in the local community, as well as to raise public awareness of its importance. The session was attended by numerous interested citizens, women’s rights activists, and civil society representatives from the region. The event was also attended by the representative of the NGO Institutum Virtutes Civilis, Ina Macovei, an organization with experience in promoting and protecting human rights and the principle of gender equality.
