Unconference – an interactive networking and collaboration event for a more resilient civil society! For several days, we teamed up with the 10 CSOs supported with grants in the Civil Society Resilience project from Eastern Partnership countries.
What did we explore together? Challenges, lessons learned and success stories – a plenary session where CSOs and local authority representatives discussed cooperation between local public authorities and CSOs. Wellbeing and resilience strategies – an interactive workshop on effective methods for strengthening sustainability. World Café – rotational discussions on CSO collaboration, strategic partnerships, and media promotion. Sustainable planning workshop – concrete strategies for adaptability and long-term development. Open Space – flexible discussions on current topics. Action plan creation – each organization identified the next steps to apply lessons learned.
The event concluded with an evaluation session and next steps planning. This regional project is funded by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic under the Transition Cooperation Program.
